Sakura Poster Colour powders are a superfine grained, richly pigmented, powder poster colour, specifically designed for specialist use. The powder can be either diluted with water or a clean, wet brush can be dipped directly into the jar. The colour is instantly soluble and produces a smooth, vibrant metallic wash.
